The City of Winters is seeking applicants for positions within the city. All applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Utilities Operator
This position is a full-time opportunity, and we are willing to train the right person. The Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining water and wastewater distribution systems. This includes monitoring equipment, conducting tests, and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure the production of high-quality drinking water. The operator also plays a role in emergency response and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
